Our two Brilla workshops, in Montmiral and in Romans-sur-Isère, with a vast knowledge of forming, rolling, step bending and bending, guaranteeing the parts formed according to your projects.
Supported by our material, human and technological resources, we master all steps of the project from design to completion.
Modern machine fleet and forming tools

We are equipped with an up-to-date machine fleet:

Thanks to our numerous, in-house designed forming tools, we are able to produce complex parts whether they be prototypes or small and medium production runs.

At Brilla metalworking, our employees are the essential links in the chain for forming quality parts. It is the finishing touch that makes the difference, allowing complex arts to be produced with precision and care. The manual know-how of our team offers dexterity and sensitivity for the material that allows us to know where to fold for fashioning your most complex parts.
Rolling Champion
In our team, we can count on a rollingchampion (PICOT 2023-2024 competition). Winner of the best rollformer prize he carried off the Gold medal for the best roll bender in the Golden tech competition, sponsored by AMB PICOT, French manufacturer of sheet metal roll forming machines with 150 years of experience in this field!
Design and input data
We are equipped with 2D and 3D modeling capacities using TOPSOLID7 which allows us to work efficiently with different file formats, in particular PDF, DXF, STEP and other 2D or 3D formats.
We develop bent and/or flat rolled parts upon request for facilitating discussions with the laser operators. We incorporate our know-how here possible so that complex projects can be produced.
We also model our own forming or bending tools needed for non-standard, custom or complex parts projects.
