The BRILLA metalworking company,

founded in 1982 in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region

It all began in October 1982.

Gilles Brilla founded the company, installed in an old wheelwright’s workshop in Montmiral, closed since 1965. Throughout the years, the Brilla metalworking company has developed and adapted to the needs of industry.

A major turning point in 2004 and 2005

The first rolling machine in 1989, then the first bending machine installed in 1992. The arrival of the second, larger, more powerful machine opened up new markets for the fabrication of custom parts and for bending. The opening of the workshop in Romans-sur-Isère in December 2004 was followed in 2005 by the acquisition of an imposing rolling machine able to treat thicker sheet metals over 3 m in length. Being a Pioneer in his field, Brilla was amongst the first to adopt digital technologies and the company launched its website in 2005 and equipped itself with the TOPSOLID 2D et 3D drawing software, specialized in sheet metalworking as of 1999.

This avant-gardiste, combined with a transmitted craftsmanship has allowed the Brilla metalworking company to become an unbeatable player in precision forming. We serve sectors as diverse as aeronautics, aerospace, nuclear engineering and artistic design.
